Dr. Hoa Van Nguyen practices at
H. Van Nguyen, DO, completed residency at St. James Hospital & Health Center in Olympia Fields, Illinois, where he also completed internship. Dr. Nguyen received his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology from Michigan State University. Dr. Nguyen also served as a resident physician at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois, in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery where he served as Chief Resident.
Since 2006 Dr. Nguyen has provided volunteer medical advice to individuals with health difficulties in local communities and abroad. He has participated in local activities to raise awareness for national organizations such as the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Habitat for Humanity, American Heart Association, Hopes Children’s Homes, American Cancer Society, Church WWJD Food Ministry and Ronald McDonald House.
Dr. Nguyen is married and he and his wife have one daughter. He enjoys tennis, hiking, biking, running, volleyball and basketball.
